Pre-Admit for OB/GYN Patients

Pre-Registration

For non-emergency admissions, you'll find that things go quickest and easiest if you pre-register. Singing River Health System now offers on-line pre-registration from the privacy and comfort of your home.  Click here to learn more, and begin your Pre-Registration. If you do not wish to pre-register on-line, you may contact our pre-registration office at 228-809-2310 and a member of our staff will be happy to assist you.  If the line is busy, please leave your name and phone number and your call will be promptly returned.

Necessary Information

The following information must be provided in order to complete your pre-registration:

  • The patient’s full name, address and telephone number;
  • The date the patient is to be admitted;
  • The admitting doctor’s name;
  • The admitting diagnosis/why the patient is being admitted;
  • The social security number of the patient and the person that will be responsible for the hospital bill;
  • Complete insurance information, including name of insurance company, policy number, group number, name of employer associated with the insurance plan;
