Where we’re going 2012 – and Beyond

After our go-live, we anticipate a three month period of working out issues, fine tuning and just getting our end users used to this major change in their work day. We want to provide fast turnaround on calls and additional training as needed.

After this we will begin to implement products from Epic that we did not install during our first go-live. These products, such as the system for Hospice of Light, will integrate the billing and clinical systems for Hospice patients. 

We will continue to roll out other product such as:

  • Welcome – Patient Kiosk
  • Beacon – Cancer Center
  • Cardiant – Cardiology System
  • Ambulatory Surgery Center
  • and continued expansion of the Community Connect offering to outside physicians’ offices.

After this, as with all software systems, we will continue to offer new functionality and regulatory changes with upgrades and new releases.
