From Interstate 10:
If traveling east on I-10, take Exit #50 (Highway 609). Go south to Highway 90, and take a left onto Highway 90. Continue according to directions from Biloxi. If traveling west on I-10, take Exit #57 (Highway 57). Go south to Highway 90, and take a right onto Highway 90. Continue according to directions from Pascagoula.

From East/Pascagoula:

Take Highway 90 west to Ocean Springs. Take a left onto Hanley Road. Go over the railroad tracks; turn right at the 4-way stop onto Government Street. Continue until reaching Halstead Road, and take a left. At the end of Halstead, turn left onto the grounds of Gulf Coast Research Laboratory.

From West/Biloxi:

Take Highway 90 east to Ocean Springs. Take a right onto Bechtel Boulevard. Go over the railroad tracks and take a left onto Government Street. Continue until reaching Halstead Road, and take a right. At the end of Halstead, turn left onto the grounds of Gulf Coast Research Laboratory.
