Living with cancer is one of the greatest challenges a person can face in the course of a lifetime. I Can Cope offers help- in the form of reliable information, peer support, and practical coping skills – so that you can meet this challenge. Each Month, all participants will get to sample a healthy recipe provided by the Cancer Center Dietitian. I Can Cope is an American Cancer Society Sponsored Program along with Singing River Health System. We suggest you enroll in this class when you are in your 7th month of pregnancy. Mother and coach will learn about the stages of labor, delivery, & recovery, plus different type of anesthesia. You will learn about your newborn's appearance, general newborn care. At the end of class, you will have the opportunity to tour the Labor & Delivery area in the hospital.
