  • Zika Virus Awareness – Avoid Mosquito Bites

    The Zika virus is becoming prevelant and is spread by mosquitos. Presently, there is not a vaccine nor a specific medication to prevent or treat Zika. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention reports in most cases the illness associated with Zika virus is mild with 1 in 5 cases developing symptoms. The most common symptoms of Zika are fever, rash, joint pain and conjunctivitis (red eyes). Read more.
