SRHS Wants You To “Know Your Numbers”
Keeping track of cholesterol, glucose, and blood pressure levels are an important part of maintaining your health, but most people don't know their levels. That’s why Singing River Health System is offering screenings for diabetes, cholesterol, and blood pressure on the following days from 7 to 9 a.m.:
- Aug. 4 - Singing River Hospital
- Aug. 5 - Ocean Springs Hospital
Blood test results are mailed within two weeks. A twelve-hour fast is required—no food or drink, except water. You must be at least 18 years old to be tested. The cost is $30 and pre-registration is required. For an appointment, call (228) 497-7470, or toll-free at 1(877) 497-7470. |
